Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your size/colour, add to cart, and follow the secure checkout steps.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes — all prices shown are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us within 2 hours of placing your order. After processing begins, changes may not be possible.
Delivery & Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the whole United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (if ordered before 2pm)
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free standard delivery on all orders over £50.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You normally have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order to cancel your purchase. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping?
You cover return costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly — in which case we pay.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund in accordance with your legal rights. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Are the product colours accurate?
We try to show true colours, but slight differences may occur due to screen display settings.
Are your clothes true to size?
