Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to place an order with us. By using our website, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to stock availability and our acceptance.
- Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
- Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.
- We take all reasonable care to list prices correctly. If a clear error occurs, we are not obliged to sell at the incorrect price and will contact you to confirm before processing.
- If we discover a pricing, stock, payment or system error that means we cannot fulfil an order, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Contract Formation
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. A binding contract comes into force only when we send you a formal order confirmation email.

Product Details
We work hard to show accurate images and descriptions. Colours, measurements and sizing may vary slightly due to screen settings and material batches. Minor differences do not count as faulty goods. Goods must match their description and be of satisfactory quality in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All content including text, photos, logos and designs is owned by Onpoint Fashion OP. You may not reproduce, copy or reuse any part without our written permission.

Liability
We comply fully with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK law.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for: death or personal injury; fraud; breach of statutory consumer rights; or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; delays caused by third‑party couriers; or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- Your statutory legal rights remain fully protected at all times.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated date.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Northern Ireland. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights or your right to bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
