Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to stock availability and our acceptance.
- Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
- Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.
- We take all reasonable care to list prices correctly. If a clear error occurs, we are not obliged to sell at the incorrect price and will contact you to confirm before processing.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders in case of pricing, stock, payment or system errors.

Contract Formation
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. A binding contract comes into force only when we send you a formal order confirmation email.

Product Details
We work hard to show accurate images and descriptions. Colours, measurements and sizing may vary slightly due to screen settings and material batches. Minor differences do not count as faulty goods. Goods must match their description and be of satisfactory quality in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for: death or personal injury; fraud; breach of statutory consumer rights; or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; delays caused by third‑party couriers; or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- Your statutory legal rights remain fully protected at all times.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated date.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
