Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all addresses across the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. International shipping may be added in future.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Times & Costs
• Standard UK Delivery: £3.99 | 3–5 working days
• Free Standard Delivery: On all orders over £50
• Express UK Delivery: £6.99 | 1–2 working days (order before 2pm)
Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to follow your order.
Delivery Issues
• If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a card with re‑delivery or collection options.
• Lost parcels: Please allow up to 7 working days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us. We will open an investigation with the courier.
Legal Rights & Liability
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the parcel is delivered to your chosen address or handed over to the courier for final delivery.
If we cannot meet the stated delivery times, we will contact you promptly to arrange a revised delivery date. You have the legal right to cancel your order and receive a full refund if delivery is unreasonably delayed or cannot be fulfilled, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
