Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. International shipping may be added in the future.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Delivery Times & Costs
- Standard UK Delivery: £3.99 (3–5 working days)
- Free Standard Delivery: Orders over £50
- Express UK Delivery: £6.99 (1–2 working days for orders placed before 2:00 pm)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order.
Delivery Issues
If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may leave a calling card with re-delivery or collection instructions.
If your parcel appears lost, please allow up to 7 working days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue.
